Alexandra Oliynikova Achieves New Heights in the WTA Tournament

Alexandra Oliynikova from Odesa has achieved another significant victory at the WTA 125 tournament held in Tucuman, Argentina.
In the final match, she triumphed over Egyptian player Mayar Sherif in three sets with a score of 3:6, 6:2, 6:2.
This title marks Alexandra's second career win and has allowed her to rise to the 119th position in the WTA world rankings, her highest achievement to date.
As a reminder, in September, the athlete also won the tournament in Tolentino, Italy, showcasing consistently high performance and strong character.
We congratulate Alexandra on this important achievement! It is noteworthy that her father and coach, Denys Oliynikov, has been defending the homeland against Russian aggression since August of last year.
The tennis school of Odesa once again demonstrates its high standards by nurturing athletes who represent our region with honor on the global stage.
