As a result, customers in the Kyiv and Primorsky districts of Odessa and parts of the Odessa region are currently without electricity. "Our energy teams are already on site to restore power as quickly as possible to every household," the statement read. The estimated time for power restoration is around 4:00 PM. It is also worth noting that some residents of Odessa are without water today.
