Compensation for Damaged Housing in Ukraine

Under the "eRecovery" program, more than 96,000 Ukrainian families have received financial compensation for destroyed or damaged homes.

This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister for Recovery – Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksii Kuiba at the international forum "Shaping the Future", as reported by Ukrinform.

"As of now, over 96,000 families have already received the corresponding payments under the "eRecovery" program for lost housing. This compensation is divided into two parts — for damaged and completely destroyed properties," he stated.

It is worth noting that according to the World Bank's assessment, restoring Ukraine over the next decade will require 524 billion dollars.
