On April 17, 2025, a regional event titled «Innovative Odesa: People, Business, Education, Governance» took place, gathering representatives from various sectors.

The primary goal of the forum was to discuss the creation of an innovative ecosystem for the development of individuals, business, and education in today’s environment.

Participants were welcomed by the Secretary of the Odesa City Council, Ihor Koval.

This forum highlighted the need for modern and practical education for youth as well as for those looking to change their careers.

Key topics included the importance of short-term training programs, development of entrepreneurial skills, and closer collaboration between businesses and educational institutions.

Sustainable development is only achievable through ongoing dialogue and cooperation among all stakeholders.

Such partnerships help adapt education to the real needs of the economy and invest in human capital, preserving and developing talents while fostering joint initiatives.
