Tomorrow morning, on Sunday, May 4, 2025, Odessa will host the Ukrainian Triathlon (Duathlon) Championship for sports veterans. As a result, there will be temporary restrictions on vehicle access to one of the central streets.

According to the Odessa City Council, the event is organized by the «Odessa Regional Triathlon Federation» and the «Southern Triathlon League» and will take place from 07:00 to 12:00.

The competition routes are as follows:

• cycling stage (20 km): Makarov Street corner of Sabansky Lane – «Chornomorets» Stadium (Shevchenko Park) – Dmytro Lesych Lane (formerly Baryatynskyi) – Makarov Street – Troitska Street – Makarov Street corner of Sabansky Lane;
• running stage (2.5 km, 5 km): alleys of Shevchenko Park.

Due to the triathlon event, from 07:45 to 10:00, vehicle access will be temporarily restricted on Makarov Street (from Dmytro Lesych Lane to Troitska Street), except for special transport and motorcycles participating in the organization of the competition.

Drivers are advised to consider this situation when moving around the city.
