On May 14, 2025, the agency «Credit-Rating» confirmed the long-term credit rating of the city at uaAA-, with a «stable» outlook.

This rating is based on an analysis of economic and financial indicators for the year 2024, as well as forecasts for 2025, including demographic data, labor market information, debt obligations, and municipal property.

Positive aspects of the credit rating:
• A high level of budget revenues per capita exceeding average regional indicators (105.4%);
• Growth in community budget revenues and high liquidity indicators;
• Diversification of economic activities and low concentration of tax revenues;
• Low consolidated debt burden and effective management of local debts, indicating a good credit history.
