Today, May 21, 2025, an online meeting was held in Odesa, chaired by Deputy Minister for Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure, Natalia Kozlovska. 

The meeting included representatives from the city council, notably: First Deputy Mayor Oleksandr Filatov, Deputy Mayor Pavlo Vugelman, advisor on barrier-free spaces Oleksiy Morozov, and heads of executive bodies and relevant departments. 

Participants discussed the implementation of the project “Movement Without Barriers” and the status of works on the inclusive tram route “North-South”. 

During the discussion, emphasis was placed on the technical aspects of implementing the route, adapting infrastructure for people with disabilities, veterans, and other mobility-impaired groups. 

The issue of interdepartmental coordination was also raised. The “Movement Without Barriers” project is part of the national strategy for barrier-free living, which Odesa is actively engaging in.
