The city of Odessa participated in the UITP 2025 international summit held in Hamburg, bringing together representatives from key European and international organizations supporting the restoration of transport systems in Ukraine.

Leaders from the city's transport departments took part in numerous meetings with representatives from the European Commission, European Investment Bank, World Bank, EBRD, IFC, UITP, and municipalities from EU countries. The discussions included transport modernization programs, funding opportunities, international support, humanitarian initiatives, sustainable development projects, and post-war recovery plans.

Preliminary conditions for securing funding for vehicle procurement, infrastructure modernization, and digital solutions implementation—including a unified ticket system—were established.

Odessa's participation in such international events is not only about supporting our partners but also about taking concrete steps towards a renewed and sustainable transport system in the city.
