In Odesa, the revitalization of an apartment building on Shevchenko Avenue, 8-v, continues, a structure that has faced repeated damage due to shelling from the rf.
It is worth mentioning that the last strike occurred on November 18, 2024.

The Department of Municipal Economy of the Odesa City Council is the contractor for the work.

This project includes a complete roof reconstruction, updates to the flooring, reinforcement of load-bearing structures, and various other construction and restoration tasks.

Currently, the strengthening of the first-floor walls has been completed, a reinforced concrete slab has been laid above the arch, monolithic belts have been constructed, and a capital repair of approximately 4,500 square meters of roofing has been carried out.

The next stage involves reinforcing and insulating the existing wooden flooring, as well as constructing gas concrete walls on the second floor.

Completion of the work is scheduled for the end of this year.

Additionally, it is important to note that the restoration of the apartment building at Shevchenko Avenue, 8/4, has recently been completed. During the capital repairs, the waterproofing along the entire perimeter of the building was fully restored, the pavement and roof were repaired, and the facade was renovated.
