In Odesa, restoration work has started on a residential building that was damaged by missile strikes.
The reconstruction of the apartment building at 51 Novoselskoho Street marks an important step after numerous destructions caused by Russian shelling, with the latest incident occurring in November 2024.
Significant damage was inflicted on the exterior structures and roof.
Following all necessary procedures and the tender process, the contractor has begun the full restoration of the object.
Currently, emergency works are underway: the demolition of the emergency wing is taking place, including the replacement of load-bearing structures, ceilings, and walls. Roofing repairs are also ongoing, as the roof was affected by the shockwave - work on the left wing has been completed, and roofing of the facade wing continues.
It is worth noting that three more objects are in the design and expertise stage: on Balkivska, Serednia, and Kanatna Streets.
