Since the start of the year, municipal enterprises «Housing Services» have processed 7841 requests from residents of serviced buildings. In response to residents' requests, specialists from «HS» regularly carry out maintenance work on essential building systems: partial roof repairs, replacement of drainage pipes, sewage system repairs, heating system maintenance, electrical installations, and more. 

Additionally, the company's cleaners maintain order in the adjacent territories, performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping yards, emptying trash bins, and washing waste containers.

The municipal workers also engage in grass mowing, tree trimming, leaf collection, and caring for flower beds and lawns around the buildings they serve. When needed, they participate in city-wide cleanup events and address illegal dumping sites.

Since the beginning of the year, «HS «Peresyp» received 506 requests from residents. In July, repairs included sewage system (47), cold water supply (21), electrical network restoration (5), and other tasks (15). 9 requests remain pending.

«HS «Fountains» received 804 requests. In July, repairs included sewage system (25), roofs (43), tree trimming (31), and other tasks (43). 217 requests are still open.

«HS «Black Sea» received 3624 requests. In July, repairs included sewage system (202), electrical networks (126), and others (301).

«HS «Khmelnytskyi» received 600 requests. In July, repairs included sewage system (9), cold water supply (14), electrical networks (3), and roofs (9), along with other tasks (53). 17 requests are still pending.

«HS «Porto-François» received 508 requests. In July, repairs included sewage system and water supply (23), heating systems (3), electrical network restoration (14), and roofs (29), tree trimming (27), and others (11). 58 requests remain open.

«HS «Northern»  received 100 requests from residents. In July, repairs included sewage system (8), water supply (3), bench replacements (3), electrical network restoration (11). 2 requests are still open.

«HS «Cheryomushki» received 1266 requests. In July, repairs included sewage system (15), cold water supply (16), electrical networks (11), roofs (15), entrance repairs (9), tree trimming (15), and others (109). 33 requests remain pending.

«HS «University» received 433 requests. In July, repairs included sewage system and water drainage (3), roofs (3), tree trimming (6), and others (31). 3 requests are still open.
