Starting August 15, 2025, there will be temporary adjustments to the traffic scheme on 28th Brigade Street at the intersection with Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue in Odesa.

Due to the temporary prohibition of vehicular traffic on 28th Brigade Street (formerly known as Paustovskogo) at the intersection with Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue (formerly Dobrovolskogo), the Department of Transport of the Odesa City Council will implement changes to the city public transport routes.

From August 15 to 21, 2025 (or until the completion of repair works), the following temporary changes will be made to the public transport routes:
          
Bus Route No. 165:

• The final stop towards 28th Brigade Street will be at Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 128;
• For the direction towards Slobodka (Oncology Dispensary), buses will depart from Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 159.

Bus Route No. 190:

• The final stop towards 28th Brigade Street will be at Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 128;
• Buses heading to the railway station will depart from Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 159.           

Bus Route No. 240:

• The final stop towards 28th Brigade Street will be at Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 128;
• Buses heading towards Preobrazhenska Street will depart from Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 159.            

Bus Route No. 242:

• The final stop towards Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue will be at 28th Brigade Street, 11/3;
• Buses heading to OOMU (Water Transport Hospital) will depart from Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue 130/1.
