In Odesa, the comprehensive renovation of a nine-story apartment building located at Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue, 134 (Dobrovolskogo) has commenced, following drone attacks in March 2024.

The contractor is responsible for dismantling the damaged structures, removing debris, and restoring walls, ceilings, roofs, drainage systems, as well as improving the surrounding area.

Initial emergency measures have been taken to reinforce the existing parts of the structure.

As of today, reinforcement and securing of the remaining concrete elements have been completed for future use. Specifically, the building's wall has been stabilized and secured to the floor slabs.

The completion of the renovation is scheduled for December 31, 2026.

It is noteworthy that in March 2024, an emergency session of the Odessa City Council approved the demolition of 18 apartments in this building, which were deemed uninhabitable.
