Enhanced Accessibility: Inclusive Terminals in Odessa

The Odessa City Council announces the installation of modern inclusive self-service information terminals across all branches of the City Administrative Service Center (CASC).

The primary goal of this initiative is to create equal opportunities for all citizens and ensure barrier-free access to administrative services. This new technology is particularly crucial for individuals with disabilities, including those using wheelchairs and those with visual impairments.

With these information terminals, users can:

  • schedule appointments;
  • leave feedback on the services received;
  • access the “DiiA” portal and the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services.
  • The terminals' interface is user-friendly and tailored for wheelchair users and individuals with visual impairments.

This marks another step toward digitalization and enhancing the accessibility of administrative services for all residents.
