The municipal institution «SMEP» has initiated the upgrade of traffic lights at Independence Square in Odesa.
The work will continue for two weeks. During this time, there may be temporary outages of traffic lights. 
Drivers and pedestrians are advised to stay alert on the road, follow traffic rules, and plan their routes in advance.
