Today's Highlights: Loans, Drivers, and Aid for Ukraine

What were the main topics of discussion today?

Loans: The Deposit Guarantee Fund has demonstrated its effectiveness in managing "bad loans" removed from the banking sector and is prepared to take on the portfolio of such loans from state banks.

Drivers: The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the Traffic Rules. Motorcyclists, including those with sidecars, motorized wheelchairs, and tricycles, are now allowed to use lanes designated for public transport.

Aid: Ukraine has received another tranche of 3.5 billion euros from the EU as part of the Ukraine Facility program.

The Cabinet has approved the attraction of 100 million euros from the Council of Europe Development Bank for compensation payments to owners of destroyed housing under the "eRecovery" program.

Bookings: Starting April 1, only companies that have updated their criticality status according to the new requirements will be able to continue booking their specialists. Bookings made under the old rules will become invalid.
