Drone Attack Damages Port Infrastructure in Odesa Region
On the night of November 25, a drone attack in the Odesa region caused damage to port infrastructure. Details of the incident.
As of September 2025, the total tax debt of Ukrainians who earned income from content on the OnlyFans platform during 2020-2022 amounts to 384.7 million UAH.
This information was provided by the State Tax Service in response to a request made on September 1, 2025.
"From October 2, 2024, to September 1, 2025, the total debt incurred by individuals - tax residents of Ukraine due to the non-payment of taxes on income received from Fenix International Ltd (the owner of the OnlyFans platform) is 384.7 million UAH", the STS noted in its response.
It was also mentioned that on March 10, 2025, data was received from Fenix International Ltd regarding the income of Ukrainians on OnlyFans for 2023, which had already been processed by the STS and sent to local tax authorities by September 5, 2025.
It is worth noting that the OnlyFans platform is primarily used for the distribution and monetization of pornographic content, the production and distribution of which is considered a criminal offense in Ukraine. According to Article 301 of the Criminal Code, the responsibility for such activities can reach up to 7 years of imprisonment.
Despite this, tax authorities continue to collect taxes from adult content creators, while the OnlyFans platform itself pays taxes in Ukraine (collecting VAT on content purchased by Ukrainian consumers).
Recently, one OnlyFans model submitted a petition to the President's Office demanding the abolition of criminal liability for producing adult content, arguing that she had paid 40 million UAH in taxes from her OnlyFans earnings.
Subsequently, President Volodymyr Zelensky responded to the petition, formally redirecting the responsibility for the decriminalization of pornography to the Verkhovna Rada.
It should be noted that the Ukrainian tax authority received data on all content creators on the OnlyFans platform in the fall of 2024. Following this, the Bureau of Economic Security obtained access to this information through court and began searching models who earned the most money.
The EП obtained a copy of a summons for questioning that was sent to another OnlyFans model, whose property had already been seized during a search. The formal basis for the investigative actions is the investigation of an offense under Article 301 of the Criminal Code (which is not under the jurisdiction of the Bureau). Commenting on this situation, the Bureau claimed that the women questioned simply "misunderstood".
In response to EП's inquiry, the National Police repeatedly stated that they had not officially received data on individuals earning from the OnlyFans platform. However, unofficially, EП learned that certain representatives of law enforcement agencies trade relevant databases for $400.
