Night Attack on Odesa: Consequences and Response
The enemy launched a drone attack on Odesa at night, causing fires at energy facilities. Emergency services provided assistance to those affected.
In the past week, the State Property Fund of Ukraine successfully held 12 privatization auctions, generating 120.49 million UAH for the state budget. The majority of the revenue came from the sale of three assets in southern Ukraine.
According to the information from the SPF, "The Fund's team conducted 12 auctions in the Prozorro.Sale system, with a total of winning bids amounting to 120.49 million UAH."
The competitive nature of the auctions led to a price increase of 2.32 times. A total of 33 participants competed, averaging 2.75 bidders per lot.
The most expensive item of the week was the Children's Health Center "Young Ship Repairman" in Odesa, with its price soaring from 14.2 million to 70 million UAH.
Investor interest was also noted for the EMK of the State Enterprise "Odesa State Design Bureau of Film Equipment," with a final price of 33.5 million UAH.
The price for the EMK of the State Enterprise "Southern Research and Design Institute for the Development of Fishery Fleet" in Mykolaiv increased from 379.9 thousand UAH to 8 million UAH.
This week, the SPF plans to hold 20 online privatization auctions. Among the offerings are several attractive privatization objects.
These include a state share package of 26% in the JSC "Naftokhimik Prykarpattia," the EMK of the State Enterprise "Slavutsky Plant 'Budfarfor'," and a package of shares amounting to 50% + 1 share in the JSC "Rivne Radio Technical Plant."
It is worth noting that the portfolio of small privatization objects in Ukraine currently comprises 1240 items, while the large privatization portfolio consists of 19 items. Following the first year of online auctions for large privatization in the Prozorro.Sale system, the state has received 8.9 billion UAH.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine also reported that the results of small privatization auctions over seven years have exceeded 21.8 billion UAH. In total, over 6 billion UAH has been transferred to the state budget.
As of the first half of 2025, privatization has already brought 820.5 million UAH and 156.59 million UAH in VAT to the state budget, making the total economic effect exceed 977 million UAH.
