The Ukrainian government has allocated 1 billion UAH to address the aftermath of shelling in the most affected frontline regions, including communities in Odesa.
The funds will be directed towards five key areas: construction and improvement of shelters, additional protection for critical equipment, emergency rescue operations, repair of engineering networks, and creation of fuel reserves.
