Recently, reports have emerged about scammers using the name of the State Tax Service and its regional officials to solicit funds for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This information was confirmed by the State Tax Service on its official website.
The head of the tax service, Ruslan Kravchenko, emphasized that these messages are false.
“I want to stress! This is a scam! The tax service is not involved in this mailing. Its goal is to deceive entrepreneurs and undermine the credibility of the tax service,” – stated Kravchenko on his Telegram channel.
The tax service has already contacted law enforcement regarding these fraudulent activities, he added, urging taxpayers to be cautious.
