A meeting was held at the Odessa City Council to discuss the development of neighborly relations with communities in the Odessa district.

During the meeting with the leadership of the Tairov community, participants addressed the challenges of new construction in light of limited engineering network resources and social infrastructure.

The discussions focused on the development of adjoining engineering networks, collaboration in education and healthcare, social support for residents, and improving transportation links.

«We need to establish a joint position that will allow the Odessa agglomeration to grow proportionately, rather than just in square meters. The old infrastructure can no longer bear the load,» stated Odessa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov.

«In terms of the General Plan, we have covered everything; we need to develop common rules for neighborly relations and act in unison,» supported the secretary of the Tairov village council, Alexander Orlov.
