On June 14, 2025, the basketball team from the Odessa "Fontan" Lyceum set off for a summer camp in the commune of Shakka, located on Sicily, Italy. They will stay there until June 20, 2025.

The students will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in Italian culture, create vivid memories, make new friends, and enjoy their time.

This journey was made possible through the collaboration of the Odessa City Hall following the meetings between Mayor Gennady Trukhanov and his Italian counterparts. The visit is supported by Mr. Ugo Cappellacci, a member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies, and the head of the Italian Tennis Federation, Mr. Angelo Binaghi.
