Young residents of the Odesa region participated in the drawing competition titled «My Police Chevron», which was organized by law enforcement in honor of National Police Day in Ukraine, initiated by the juvenile prevention department.

The youth created their own versions of chevrons as symbols of safety and protection for children. Some adorned their designs with flowers, hearts, and doves of peace as symbols of kindness. Others incorporated national symbols, patriotic colors, and slogans about safety and support. The drawings reflected the authors' visions of what law enforcement should be – true protectors who are brave, honest, and dedicated. Each piece was special.

The event provided an opportunity for developing creative thinking and getting acquainted with the profession of a police officer.

At the end, the children received delightful and tasty gifts as a reward for their creative approach and effort.
