  •  Odesa has a Service Office «Veteran Hub» providing psychological and legal assistance, facilitating employment, veteran business development, and social adaptation.
  •  The Barrier-Free Council is operational, coordinating the implementation of inclusive solutions in urban spaces, transportation, digital services, and administrative services.
  •  The city implements targeted material assistance programs for veterans, families, and children of fallen and missing servicemen, and provides free medicines to veterans as per current legislation.
  •  Veterans have priority access to medical services, rehabilitation, e-prescriptions, and examinations under city and state programs.
  •  Odesa actively collaborates with veteran organizations, expanding the network of service points in the city and engaging specialists to work with veterans.

Among the current challenges are the need to expand rehabilitation programs, improve access to medical services, and enhance social integration.
