The main traveler and researcher is the renowned Ukrainian chef and promoter of traditional cuisine, Yevhen Klopotenko. From October 10 to 12, he embarked on a journey through the region to learn about its unique dishes, traditions, and the people who preserve them.
The project's goal is to showcase how diverse and delicious Odesa is, where culinary traditions from various nations intertwine.
