Today, November 6th, Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Odesa region, Denis Zakarchenko, presented state awards to the fighters of the «Operational Response Corps», the special police battalion, and the convoys service of the Odesa police.
The officers received the President of Ukraine's awards «For the Defense of Ukraine» for their personal courage and heroism shown during the defense of state sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as for their selfless service to the Ukrainian people.
«Thank you for your bravery and loyalty to your oath. Your work is highly responsible and dangerous, constantly associated with risks to health and life. You perform it professionally and selflessly, and that deserves respect. These awards acknowledge your indomitable spirit and worthy attitude towards service», noted Police Colonel Denis Zakarchenko.
