New Attack on Odesa Region: One Injured
Latest information on a new attack in the Odesa region and its consequences.
According to the Odesa Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the incidence of ARVI and flu in the city is at seasonal levels, remaining 31% below the epidemic threshold.
Last week, 2564 people were reported sick with ARVI and flu, with 70.2% being children under 17 years old.
The number of COVID-19 cases in Odesa has decreased by 2.1 times over the past week, with nine laboratory-confirmed cases, all among children. Family clinics continue to offer free vaccination against COVID-19.
Additionally, 42 individuals contracted acute intestinal infections, with 61.9% being children.
Isolated cases of viral hepatitis and airborne infections were registered. There were no reported cases of diphtheria, measles, rubella, or tetanus over the week.
The epidemiological situation in Odesa remains stable and under control.
