In celebration of Defenders Day in Ukraine, various thematic events were conducted in educational institutions across Odesa.

Specifically, lessons of courage and memory titled «Dignity and Honor of Ukrainians» were organized for students, along with presentation lessons, round tables, documentary film screenings, and exhibitions of children's drawings and creative works themed «I am a descendant of Cossacks».

Young Odesites also participated in sports competitions called «We are Children of the Cossack Lineage», charity events titled «Thank You, Defenders of Ukraine», workshops on creating protective talismans for soldiers, patriotic flash mobs titled «Strength in Unity!», and meetings with military personnel.

Thematic literature exhibitions were arranged in school libraries.

The events aimed at fostering national-patriotic education among children and youth, as well as popularizing the heroism of military deeds.

Eternal glory to those who defend their homeland, and eternal memory to those who sacrificed their lives for Ukraine.
