Details on temporary traffic changes in Odessa during the renovation of the transport overpass.
Throughout September, educational institutions in the communal ownership of Odessa implemented a series of activities within the framework of the nationwide mental health program "How are you?".
The activities were focused on supporting the mental wellbeing of all participants in the educational process.
Specifically, students participated in a thematic mental health week titled "To live meaningfully in this world, we must be friends, children!", psychological moments and emotional exercises, quests "With a Smile to the Land of Knowledge", and sessions on "How to Overcome Fear During Air Raids". Children learned techniques for reducing emotional tension and managing stress.
A social video competition titled "The Meaning of Life and My Place in It" was held for students, along with dance flash mobs as part of "Olympic Week", training sessions, and discussions.
Teachers took part in roundtable discussions on "What is Mental Health and How to Preserve It?", meetings with psychologists on the topic of "Children's Mental Health During War", sessions under the program "Safe Space", seminars, and lectures. During these events, strategies for supporting students during these challenging times were discussed.
Consultations and practical sessions for parents regarding supporting children during the war were also organized.
Moreover, general school events took place. Informational stands with QR codes from the program "How are you?" were placed in accessible areas.
To support mental health, reduce stress, and develop inner resilience and self-esteem, school campaigns such as "Mood Smile", "Hugs", psychological online sessions, and individual consultations for all participants in the educational process were organized.
