Sports play a crucial role in the lives of police officers, preparing them for any challenges they may face. To maintain their fitness and promote an active lifestyle, law enforcement personnel participate in various sports events, competitions, and marathons.

Recently, teams from the Odesa Regional Police competed for supremacy in a track and field championship. The special police battalion secured first place in the team standings and won five medals in individual categories. They excelled in the 100m and 1000m sprints, as well as in the 3km and 5km races, and long jump events. 

Additionally, the special forces participated in a marathon organized under the President of Ukraine's program «Active Parks – Healthy Ukraine Locations». The police officers successfully completed distances of 5 and 10 km, showcasing excellent physical fitness, sporting spirit, and team unity.
