A drone attack on Odesa has resulted in damage to vehicles and buildings.
From April 9 to 13, the IV stage of the National Olympiad in History took place in Lutsk, with over 140 students participating from all regions of Ukraine.
The opening ceremony was held at the Museum of Modern Ukrainian Art of the Korsak family.
The competition consisted of two rounds: theoretical and practical.
The absolute winner was Artem Pastoshchuk, an 11th-grade student from Odesa Lyceum No. 9 (History teacher - Alina Sydorenko).
Artem achieved this long-cherished victory after four years of dedication. He first placed first in the regional stage of the history Olympiad in 2022 but was unable to attend the training camp due to the full-scale invasion.
A week earlier, Artem participated in the IV stage of the National Olympiad in Geography, where he received a II degree diploma.
Throughout 2023 and 2024, Artem participated in subject Olympiads and intellectual competitions, achieving a record number of prize places at various levels.
Additionally, Artem Pastoshchuk is a Presidential Scholar and a scholarship holder of the Mayor of Odesa.
