Every child deserves equal access to quality education, regardless of circumstances. Due to war, forced displacement, or interruptions in learning, many students have lost the opportunity to fully grasp knowledge.
By helping them catch up, educators not only boost their confidence and motivation but also contribute to better socialization — restoring connections with peers and a sense of security.
To assess the level of educational losses in public educational institutions in the city of Odesa, diagnostic assessments are conducted in June to identify gaps in students' knowledge, alongside additional classes, consultations, and group activities that aid in better material understanding.
In an effort to address educational losses for elementary school children, the program «KECH» has been created — a project by the NGO «Go Global» aimed at supporting younger students who have lost part of their education due to the full-scale war. The goal is to provide schools with effective tools for working in conditions that require an adaptive and intensive approach.
This project is implemented with the support of UNICEF in Ukraine, Global Partnership for Education (GPE), and the Animagrad studio (FILM.UA Group).
