Dream Ecosystem: Expanding Educational Opportunities

Over the past year, the Dream ecosystem has evolved from a pilot program in six regions to integration across schools in 18 regions — from regional centers to frontline villages. More than 5,000 institutions nationwide have applied for connection.

During this time, the application and web portal have seen:

  • 4.5 million assessments made;
  • over 500,000 homework assignments submitted;
  • 5,000+ educational videos available in the open content library.
  • Dream is about providing simple solutions for schools and AI support.

Reducing routine for teachers:

  • automating lesson planning and grade management;
  • adding outlines, files, and other materials to classes;
  • communicating with students and parents through secure chats;
  • accessing professional development videos in the content library.

Starting from the new academic year, teachers will be able to automatically create tests and assign grades.

More motivation for students: gamification, personalized learning tips, Dream bonuses that can be exchanged for cinema tickets or VR quests.

Transparent involvement for parents: helps track their child’s education, showing schedules, learning progress, homework assignments, and teacher comments. It also allows communication in chats with teachers.

The ecosystem is expanding: soon Dream will include extracurricular education, allowing children to develop not only in class but also beyond.

Any school can join the ecosystem. Applications can be submitted on the official Dream website.

Dream is an initiative of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Education, along with the EGAP Program, executed by the Eastern Europe Foundation with support from Switzerland.
