From October 9 to 12, Lviv hosted the «Artan Cup» in Muay Thai under the auspices of the International Federation of Muay Thai (IFMA).

This tournament was dedicated to the memory of the fallen soldiers of the GUR Ministry of Defense of Ukraine «Artan», along with Ukrainian athletes who have taken up arms due to the war, and all defenders of Ukraine.

During the memorial tournament, boxers competed for the Ukraine Cup, and winners earned the right to represent Ukraine at the European Championship.

Odesa athletes performed remarkably at this event. Dmytro Zanin won a silver medal in the under 60 kg category, while Nikita Kuts (under 57 kg), Mykhailo Serdiuk (under 60 kg), and Bohdan Studnev (under 63 kg) secured the Ukraine Cup. The athletes were trained by coaches Volodymyr Pishenin, Andriy Vakaraash, and Kostiantyn Trishin.
