From October 6 to 11, the Ukrainian Student Championship was held in Kyiv, attracting more than 200 athletes from all regions of the country. 

Isa Tagiev, a student from the Odesa Comprehensive Children and Youth Sports School No. 8, competed in the under 55 kg weight category. He participated in three matches, winning two and securing third place. 

The top competitors will be selected for the national student team of Ukraine.

Isa was trained for the competition by coaches Volodymyr Osypchuk and Igor Hordiienko.
