Honoring the Memory of Children Lost in Ukraine

Today, in the Heavenly Hundred Square, bells have been hung on the trees, symbolizing the memory of children who have died as a result of the armed aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Each bell serves as a reminder of a small life cut short by war.

12 cherry trees, 12 bells, 12 lost souls from Odessa. Nine of them are young residents of Odessa who will forever remain children.

Eternal memory to them…

Since February 24, 2022, 631 children have lost their lives in Ukraine.
