The 'Peresip Housing and Communal Service' carried out extensive repair work on the infrastructure of residential buildings managed by the enterprise in 2024. 

A total of 764 resident requests were processed.

At the request of the residents, specialists from the 'Peresip Housing and Communal Service' performed the following maintenance tasks: repairs to centralized heating systems – 15 requests; replacement of central heating pipelines – 76 m; replacement of sewage pipelines – 54 m; replacement of cold water supply pipelines – 132 m; replacement of stormwater drainage pipelines – 20 m; roof repairs – slate 59 sq.m and soft 270 sq.m; cleaning of basements – 1979 sq.m; cleaning of attics – 1977 sq.m; repair of electrical panels – 8 units; replacement of light fixtures – 8 units; entrance repairs – 1 building. Disinfection was also conducted in 7 buildings, and deratization in 2 buildings. Additionally, green space mowing was carried out over an area of 7.2 hectares. Two illegal dumps were eliminated.

Employees participated in 9 clean-up operations following the enemy shelling, covering 125 m of windows with plastic.
Moreover, daily, the enterprise's janitors maintain order in the adjacent areas. Twice a day, cleaning operations are conducted (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, picking up litter, washing trash containers, etc.).

The communal services also perform grass mowing, tree trimming, leaf cleanup, and care for flowerbeds and lawns around the serviced buildings. They participate in citywide clean-up events as needed, eliminating illegal dumps and the aftermath of enemy attacks.
