Odesa Attack: Recovery Efforts Underway

On the night of November 6-7, 2024, as a result of an enemy attack in the Khadjibey district of Odesa, three residential buildings, 14 cars, and a gas pipeline were damaged.

As of 14:00, damage has been reported in 110 apartments. Municipal workers are addressing the aftermath of the overnight attack, using plastic sheeting provided by the NGO "Tenth of April" with support from UNHCR and the charity "Winds of Change".

Hot meals and beverages have been organized by the charity "Morning of Revival" for residents of the affected buildings and local workers on the ground.

Medical professionals and psychologists from Primary Medical Care Center No. 16 have offered psychological support to those affected by the attack.

Additionally, a city operational headquarters is active on-site. Residents can apply for assistance with repairing windows and doors, as well as receive guidance on the state program eRecovery.

Applications for assistance through the eRecovery program and financial aid from the city budget for window and door repairs can be submitted at the Khadjibey District Administration.
