Ukrainians Shine at the Venetian Regatta: A Historic Moment
For the first time, a Ukrainian veterans' crew participated in the Venetian Regatta, showcasing the indomitable spirit of Ukrainian soldiers.
Loss or theft of driver's documents is an unforeseen event that can happen to anyone. This is especially true during wartime, when residential buildings are destroyed, and citizens are forced to leave their homes. The question arises – where to turn and what to do if you have lost your vehicle registration certificate.
In such situations, it is crucial to remain calm. Driver's documents can be quickly restored at any territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. If the owner cannot come in person, they can issue a notarized power of attorney to another person to represent their interests.
The owner or authorized person should bring a set of documents to the service center:
a passport with a registration of residence (or ID card and extract of residence);
a copy of the tax identification number certificate;
a police report (if the certificate was stolen).
The approximate cost is 350 UAH for administrative services and 540 UAH for the certificate form. The vehicle owner can opt for a new license plate or keep the existing one. The vehicle re-registration and issuance of documents are completed on the same day. Additionally, during re-registration, the owner can request an electronic vehicle registration certificate without manufacturing a plastic form.
More detailed information about the vehicle re-registration service can be found on the website of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs via the link.
Please remember that services in territorial divisions are provided by prior registration in the E-Registration system or at the terminal located in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
