Construction has commenced in Odesa on the pedestrian section of the inclusive route «North – South». This is the largest pedestrian segment of its kind in Ukraine, part of the national project «Movement Without Barriers». 

The route extends from Kishinyivska Street to the Administrative Service Center on Zabolotnoho Street, covering several socially significant sites. 
The project includes lowering curbs, building ramps, laying tactile paving, and updating surfaces according to state construction standards. 

The work began symbolically on the first day of the Barrier-Free Week being held in Ukraine. 

This project is implemented under the initiative of the Council for Barrier-Free Environment with support from Odesa's Mayor, Hennadii Trukhanov.
