Fire Breaks Out in Odessa Apartment Building: Resident Injured

A fire incident occurred in a nine-story residential building in Odessa. Firefighters responded quickly to extinguish the flames, but the owner of the apartment where the fire erupted sustained injuries. This information was released by the State Emergency Service.

The event took place in the Peresyp district. On Akadema Zabolotny Street, household items ignited in a top-floor apartment. Firefighters acted promptly to manage the situation.

"Unfortunately, the apartment owner, born in 2003, suffered burns to his face and arms and was hospitalized in a moderate condition. The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are currently under investigation. Four units of equipment and twelve firefighters were deployed by the emergency service," the report states.
