On the night of July 18 to 19, the city faced a new massive drone attack. As a result, residential buildings, civilian infrastructure, and vehicles were damaged. Sadly, there were casualties, including the death of one of the rescued women.
At the scene of the aftermath, alongside local administrations and utility services, non-governmental organizations worked tirelessly. The coordination of assistance is managed by the city mayor's advisor, Veronika Etnarovich.

From the morning, teams from WCK and the charitable organization “Morning of Revival” were present, offering drinks and hot meals.
The charity fund “Winds of Change” distributed kits for mothers and children.
The Red Cross has been assisting victims since the night of the attack, continuing their work during the day by distributing plastic sheets, tarpaulin, and first aid kits.
The “Odessa Rescue and Diving Service” together with the NGO “Dobrobat” dismantled dangerous elements of the damaged buildings and cleared the surrounding area.
