Concerns Over Algae Blooms in the Black Sea
Environmental experts have raised alarms over excessive pollutants in the Black Sea due to algae accumulation.
Following the URC2025 conference, the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine has signed several agreements securing a total funding of 3.55 billion euros.
The ministry's press service reported that partner countries are ready to invest in Ukraine's recovery.
Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba emphasized the importance of establishing the "Reconstruction Coalition" and the European flagship fund for rebuilding Ukraine.

Additionally, a memorandum was signed with Italy regarding export credit insurance up to 1.5 billion euros.
This opens up mixed financing opportunities for community projects, combining preferential loans and grants.
During the conference, 10 agreements were signed for financing recovery, infrastructure, and business support, totaling 929.3 million euros.
The ministry has also initiated a proposal for 140 million euros from the Council of Europe Development Bank for compensation to displaced persons and preferential mortgages for veterans.
Within the URC2025 framework, Ukrainian communities signed various partnership agreements with European companies, amounting to nearly 200 million dollars.
