Celebrating Builders in Odesa: New Horizons Amidst Challenges
Odesa Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov congratulates builders on their professional holiday, emphasizing the importance of their work during wartime.
The Central Library System of Odessa invites everyone to participate in the annual literary contest dedicated to K.G. Paustovsky.
Submission of works will be open until May 20, 2025.
The contest is held in five categories:
- “Prose”;
- “Poetry”;
- “Promotion of K.G. Paustovsky's Work”;
- “Regional Studies”;
- “Maritime Studies”.
Works that promote moral values, personal spiritual growth, and love for one’s homeland are accepted.
Submissions must be published as a separate edition or as part of an anthology, published in the current or previous years.
Nominations for the award in the “Promotion of K.G. Paustovsky's Work” category can be submitted by creative, cultural and educational, and scientific organizations.
In the “Maritime Studies” category, participants can include writers, artists, and organizers of social and cultural projects related to the sea.
Each participant may submit only one work in one category.
A winner can only be awarded once in each separate category.
The results will be announced by May 25, 2025.
The awards ceremony is scheduled for May 31, 2025.
