On May 30, 2023, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Andrii Osipov as the head of the Ukrainian Film Agency.

Andrii Osipov is a prominent Ukrainian producer, writer, and public figure, currently leading the Odesa Film Studio.

He is a member of the National Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine, an expert on the Presidential Grants Commission for young filmmakers, co-founder of the Ukrainian National Film Festival 'Cinema for Victory', and chair of the Council for State Support of Cinematography.
