Odesa law enforcement has identified and apprehended an individual responsible for setting cars ablaze in an underground parking facility in Arkadia. The suspect was captured on the same day. He faces potential imprisonment of up to 10 years for his actions.

A few days ago, during curfew hours, a man entered the garage of a residential building, doused two BMW cars belonging to a local woman with gasoline, and set them on fire. The flames quickly spread to nearby BMW and Hyundai vehicles owned by local men. Firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze. Fortunately, no one was injured.
Authorities determined that the 27-year-old suspect is a resident of Mykolaiv. He was apprehended while attempting to return home via a minibus. He has been charged with intentional damage to property through arson. The court has imposed a preventive measure of detention with the option of bail set at 908,400 UAH. He could face up to 10 years in prison.
