Earlier today, around 11 AM, patrol officers received a call regarding an attempted unlawful entry at a residence on Akadema Filatova Street.

The caller reported that an unknown man was attempting to enter an apartment on the fourth floor via the balcony.

Upon arrival, officers found the suspect clinging to the balcony on the 4th floor.
The patrol called for firefighters, who used a ladder to rescue the man.

During a cursory search, knives were found on him. The man was unable to explain his actions.

Additionally, officers discovered that this individual had prior charges under Article 185 (Theft) and Article 187 (Robbery) of the Criminal Code.
To clarify all circumstances of the incident and provide legal qualification of the suspect's actions, he was taken to the police station.
