This morning, November 5th, a tragic incident took place in Odesa on Lustdorf Road. Medical personnel informed the police about the injury of a child.
Police officers were dispatched to the scene. 
It has been preliminarily established that a woman from the Berezivsky district visited her older son with her 5-year-old daughter. While the mother was in another room, the girl reached the kitchen windowsill, opened the window, and fell from the sixth floor of the apartment building. Medical staff urgently transported the child to the hospital.
The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident. Legal qualification is currently being determined.
The police urge parents to pay attention to their children's safety. To prevent similar situations, do not leave children unattended and, if possible, install special locking handles, restrictors, or window limiters.
