Commemoration of Heroes: Memorial Bell in Odesa
A ceremony honoring the fallen defenders of Ukraine was held at the 'Fighters for Ukraine' memorial.
The «House with an Angel» in Odessa has launched an extraordinary photography exhibition titled «Visionary Dialogues», bringing together works from the Non-Governmental Organization «Fund for Special Youth of Ukraine» and local photographers.
This initiative features the talents of fourteen photographers with special needs who are part of the «Photo School» project, supported by the League of Jewish Volunteering, along with six renowned Odessa photographers. The photographs are presented in pairs, uniting the work of a novice with that of a professional artist.
«A lot is being done in Odessa to foster an inclusive and barrier-free environment. Creativity helps break down barriers and enables individuals with special needs to develop their talents and share their unique perspectives with society. All exhibited works are incredibly talented, allowing viewers to engage with true art,» stated Olena Kytainska, Director of the Department of Labor and Social Policy of the Odessa City Council.
The exhibition opening also featured a charity auction of photographs from notable authors, with proceeds supporting the inclusive theater «Tolerance» of the Fund for Special Youth of Ukraine. Theater participants performed and received commemorative diplomas.
The «Visionary Dialogues» exhibition will be open until April 25 at the exhibition hall of the «House with an Angel», located at: Italian Street (Pushkinskaya), 51.
Admission is free.
