Google has unveiled a collection of new artificial intelligence features for corporate users of Workspace. One of the standout features is the ability to create podcasts directly from documents written in Google Docs.

This functionality was first introduced in NotebookLM in the fall of 2024, but was initially unavailable in Ukraine. Now, it is being rolled out to Workspace users globally. The AI will be able to not only read the text but also generate a podcast featuring two hosts discussing the document's content.

Google has not yet released a list of supported languages, but the feature is expected to be available in the coming weeks.

Additionally, a new feature called Help me refine will be introduced, acting as a personal AI editor to provide suggestions for improving written content. This feature is slated for release within this quarter.

In Google Sheets, another new feature, Help me analyze, will be available. Gemini will analyze data within spreadsheets, generate illustrative charts, and identify trends. This functionality is expected to launch by the end of 2025.
